●Truths And Lies:- In this activity, a group of people has to assemble together. Each person will be asked about one lie and two truths about themselves on a piece of paper. They will have to keep it as a secret and should not reveal it to others. Each is given a time of about 10-15 minutes to speak about what he has written. The basic idea is to convince people that the lie is a truth, and the others have to figure out. Points are rewarded for the people who can guess a lie. This method helps in understanding the co workers and improves communication skills.

●Highlights Of Life:- In this activity, people are asked to remember the best moments of their lives, such as the moments they have spent alone, with their families and friends keeping their eyes closed. After this, they are asked what will they do if they have only 30 seconds left with them. This is a way of improving the level of understanding with the co workers in the office.

●Logo Creation:- This is the method, in which many people are asked to empty their wallets and purses of the coins. If a person does not have coins, he can share it with some other person. Then each person is asked to create a logo of his own. If there are so many members in the room, a team of two to three members is created and the members asked to create a logo for the entire team. Sometimes all the people pair up to make a huge team and are asked to make a logo. After the logo creation, each individual person or the team on whole explains the the significance of the logo. This helps in mutual awareness and creating strong bonds between the people of the company.

●Egg Dropping Technique:- This is a messy yet a very interesting exercise. In this method, two teams are formed. Each team is asked to prepare and egg package which can withstand an 8 foot drop. The teams prepare the egg packages with special tools. After the preparation, each team is then asked to present, and has to convince as to how the package is unique. After the presentations, the eggs have to have to be dropped to ensure if the teams were successful or not. With this technique, the people will learn to work in a team in which all the members have a common goal.
